PROJECT: FAST & DRS for ÖBB Technical Services GmbH

- Supported as a SCRUM Master in establishing an agile setting in Azure DevOps and in the agile transformation process.
- The FAST product maps data from active rolling stock, serving as a foundation for an efficient analysis and service process, on a custom-developed platform. DRS provides data via a corresponding cloud architecture from the field for FAST.
PROJECT: MARS Reporting Part I & II & III for ÖBB Personenverkehr AG

- Assisted as a SCRUM Master in the creation and further development of a dynamic interactive dashboard in MS Power BI, connected to a newly created SAP-BW application.
- Implemented this project to address central, prioritized questions and a Master Report following SCRUM methodology.
- To ensure these outcomes: developed and rolled out suitable change management for agility within the organization.
PROJECT: BBB „Bewerben, Bekommen, Behalten“ (“Apply, Acquire, Retain”) for ÖBB Personenverkehr AG

- Agile implementation – as a SCRUM Master & Agile Coach – of the relocation of the administration and management of the “TS-Technical Services” business sector to the ÖBB corporate headquarters at the main train station.
- Developed suitable change management for agility in the affected areas (across the corporation) to ensure the success of this project.
PROJECT: TS Sales / COGNOS Replacement for ÖBB Technical Services

- Supported as a SCRUM Master in the automation of manual reporting data, in replacing existing reports, and in transitioning to new Power BI reports.
- Developed and rolled out suitable change management for agility within the organization and established a task management system in JIRA to ensure the success of this project.
- Handed over the project after a two-year duration to a Junior Scrum Master.

- Coordinated as a Project Manager the technology review for an upgrade of the “CIS” billing platform and the preparation of the results for decision-makers.
