I have gathered 30 years of experience in project and program management, service operations, business consulting, process improvements, and digital transformation.
I still like change. For me, it is a constant, both personally and professionally. I worked with global tech giants, mid-size companies, and a start-up. I founded my own project management consulting firm and envisioned GreenBit@World to promote more sustainable data storage and consumption.
I visited and worked on projects with many stakeholders in over 50 countries across 5 continents, and certainly, I understand collaborating with different cultures.
My practice-oriented dual education system let me start my professional career early and kept me motivated to continue learning. I hold an Executive Mini MBA from PwC PricewaterhouseCoopers Academy and have certifications in project management (PMI, IPMA, ACP, SCRUM, SCALED SCRUM).
As a certified professional by the TM Forum, I apply the frameworks for Strategy, Infrastructure and Product, and Service readiness in my consulting practice.
I executed over 35 small, mid-size projects and large complex programs, including greenfield, end-to-end system integration, and digital transformation internationally. Vast industry expertise is in Telecom, IT and Cloud, Digital Broadcast Video, Railway Mobility, and other areas are in Banking, Education, and E-Commerce for B2B, B2C, and beyond.
Particularly, with many stakeholders, I can utilize my expertise in techno-commercial program management and PMO, and intercultural skills.
As a business consultant, I communicated with top management and CXO, and I can translate complex technical solutions into simple language and vice versa. In consulting, my emphasis is on customer proposition, customer experience, and process improvement, where I helped to increase NPS by over 15 points or service KPI by over 30%.
