I hold responsibility for managing a international team that has been tasked to enter and develop the
markets of D-A-CH region and Poland.
Day to day activities:
- Contract negotiation and closing of deals with multinational major accounts in long sales cycles (6-18
month)
- Organizing and managing highly complex implementations projects
- Advise key accounts during and after the implementation process in technical questions and
organisational change management
- Supervising and strategically organizing team sales activities on key and small accounts
- Establishing and maintain C-level business relationships with industry partners
