All data regarding repair and maintenance of locomotives and their non-conformities during working
(i.e. failures and other irregularities) are maintained by QAG - MI Cell in various registers. This
facilitates availability of information pertaining to repair and maintenance of locomotives to all
personnel of management. MI cell also maintains all details related to movement of loco motive both
in and out of shed and on line. It also maintains statistics records of loco performance like daily
outage, ineffective loco, loss of train punctuality, accident/derailment.
