1) Work role is to buld bridge between operational technology network and IT network. 2) Data extraction from automation hardware /software tools, PLC, SCADA, DCS, OPC, DRIVES,HMI,SENSORS,TRANSMITTERS, METERING DEVICES,DATA LOGGERS, EMS , MES,SAP etc.
3) Installation, configuration and developing in osi pi server ,pi af ,pi vision, pi process book ,pi interfaces and connectors , pi manual loggers , pi SDK development, PI Datalink ,odbc, pi oledb ,pi oledb enterprise,my SQL server ,Oracle server etc.
4) Prepare pre-sales activity like site study , feasibility report, bom, system architecture.
5) Integration of networking Components like firewall,switches etc.
6) Working and involved in more than 10 no of project for smart factory or iiot with osi soft pi.
7) R&D for OSI PI data integration with various devices and protocols .

- In metals and mines industry with 100k pi tag license and developed various pi vision dashboards , pi af structure ,analysis event frames ,pi notifications, custom excel reports , for mines(fleet) equipments, concentration plant ,smelter plants ,refineries and CPP (captive power plant).
- Integrated more than 30 no of OPC server data (ABB,HONEYWELL ,GE, Rockwell,Matrikon ,kepware etc).
- Integrated various mines equipments like caterpillar,normet,sandwick,epirock etc.
- Production booking in SAP directly from osi pi.
- Developed various KPI reports, shift reports , OEE reports ,asset health reports, fleet score card dash boards , email & SMS notifications, pi af SDK development ,etc.
