I am an automobile + mechanical engineer by education qualitfication based out of India as of now.

I have been very good as an application engineer with hands on experience on various mechanical CAD softwares. I do connect clients effectively to understand their requirements and chalk best solution meeting cost, quality and timeslines to enable clients launch products faster to market. Honestly, I do spend much time to negotiate on cost ! Most of the times I get clients who prioratize quality and delivery timelines than the costs. I mean to say, my proposals are win-win for both, my organization as well as client!!

I am also backing up our operations team to run the business as well as enjoy supporting HR identifying and establishing a team with right resources. I am also actively involved in setting up all the resources including hardware, software required for the business.
