Brief: Asia No-1 organization in non-ferrous metal (Brass, Copper, Zinc Coil manufacturing) having
turnover of near about 1000 Crore.
Role: Manager IT
Team Size: 5

Highlights:

* Core team Member during the S/4 HANA implementation responsible for smooth migration of Master
data.
* Couple of SAP rollout experience (SAP R/3 and SAP S/4 HANA)
* SAP modules implemented include: FICO, SD,ABAP and MM.
* Used LSMW and LTMC tools for data migration.
* Creating new T-codes using CDS view.
* Creating T-codes with faster execution time than normal ABAP reports.
* SAP Security and HANA DB Management.
* SAP HANA Queries.
* Taking on premises backup of HANA DB from cloud.
* SAP Authorizations.
* Updating Quality server data with Production server.
* Implementing SAP notes.
* SAP Master data management.
* Adding new tiles and configuring SAP FIORI apps.
* Interacting cloud service vendor.
* Formulation and implementation of Necessary IT Policies to strength IT department.

and management of priorities. Maintained and developed previously running SAP systems.

* Interacting with users to understand the requirements.
* Taking user acceptance after UAT.
* Handling Licensing of different software's.
* Preparing & Implementation IT Policies.
* Developed IT vendors as per IT expansion plan
* Responsible for Entire Infrastructure, Servers, IT/IS Policy, Licensing, Security, Network,
IT/IS inventory Management.
* Visit to all the Units to understand the IT and software requirement at each location.
* Following up with end-users on critical issues.
* Ensuring that user's requirements are implemented properly.
