Program management for ING Bank international, business development, and project management for various sectors including public, banking, and SW implementation.
- Senior project manager owns the Services Profit & Loss at the account level and has full accountabilities for all Services sales, Services delivery, software consumption and renewals in the account(s).
- Leads and drives relationship on C-level in tight collaboration with Global Account Director and/or Managing Partner, the rest of the Virtual Account Team and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver and lead program - Ministry of Interior – SAP support project (10M+ EUR) of SAP PSCD, CRM, SAP BI and SAP Netweaver follow SLAs, keep healthy system without issues, implement improvements and integrate them to support.
- Project for Ministry of Interior – SAP support project (1-2M+ EUR) of SAP PSCD, SAP FI.
- Project for Ministry of Finance – State Treasury and EU funds.
- Working closely with stakeholders and executives (CIO, CEO) to gather the as-is status, operations issues, performance matrix and related IT information. Analyze client’s requirements from business and technology perspectives and translate them into new focused technologies such as Robotics, AI and etc.
