Career Counselor

I’m Olga Mitskevich, PhD in Sociology and Career Counselor. I specialize in helping individuals make conscious and fulfilling career choices. I have an extensive international experience in science, data analytics, career trainings, project management. Over the years, I’ve studied today’s labor market, problems of social-professional adaptation, career guidance. During my 6-year maternity leave, I focused on academic research and am now updating my practical skills with a new career counseling methodology. To refine this approach, I am currently offering free sessions in exchange for feedback and reviews.
