IT Technical Support Specialist

I have an intermediate level of experience on my field. Able to provide a solution in a short period of time that will make the customer or employees satisfy on their IT related or technical problems/issues. Excellent communication both written and verbal. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization. Maintains environment by identifying system requirements, installing upgrades and monitoring system performance. High level of patience, positive thinker and ability to work as an individual part of team.
