Dr. Pérez Risquet earned his Ph.D. in Technical Sciences from the University of Rostock, Germany, where he conducted research on scientific visualization at the Institute of Computer Graphics. He later collaborated extensively with German universities through initiatives like Developing Sustainability and DEEBIS-Net, leading projects in sustainable development, environmental informatics, and enterprise information systems.
