Source-to-Pay Transformation Lead

I’m a senior Source-to-Pay transformation consultant with over 13 years’ experience designing, implementing, and optimising global S2P processes and technologies, including SAP Ariba and Ivalua.

I work with organisations to bridge the gap between process design, system implementation, and real-world adoption - supporting programmes from early business process definition through configuration, testing, go-live, and post-deployment stabilisation. My work spans Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, IT, and Change functions, often in complex, multi-country environments.

Alongside hands-on S2P delivery, I specialise in change and learning enablement for large transformation programmes. Drawing on a background in technology and visual storytelling, I design training and communication assets that make complex systems understandable, usable, and sustainable over time - particularly for global rollouts and regulated environments.

I’ve worked across multiple industries including pharmaceuticals, finance, transport and logistics, packaging, public sector, and manufacturing, supporting both enterprise clients and consulting partners.

More recently, I’ve been developing learning content focused on S2P Technology Transition, Sustainable Procurement and behaviour change at work, including the e-learning courses Sustainable Living at Work and Planet over Plastic.
