I am an Internal Audit professional with over 10 years of experience across commercial and NGO sectors. My experience includes operational audits, internal control reviews, risk assessments, compliance reviews, governance evaluations, and process improvement initiatives. I have participated in regional and overseas audit assignments covering business operations across the United States, Europe, and China, providing independent assessments and practical recommendations to management.
As a CPA and Internal Audit professional, I understand how business operations, accounting processes, system workflows, data structures, internal controls, and management reporting interact within organizations. This enables me to assess risks from both business and control perspectives, identify process improvement opportunities, and evaluate whether systems and workflows effectively support organizational objectives.
I hold a Master of Science in Business Analytics from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The program provided exposure to data analytics, statistical analysis, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making. During my studies, I worked with Python, R, and SPSS. My dissertation focused on machine learning and textual analytics using Python.
In recent years, I have leveraged AI technologies to support process improvement and digital transformation initiatives. Through AI-assisted workflow automation, business application development, and AI agent prototyping, I explore practical ways to enhance productivity, reduce manual effort, and improve business processes.
