The Solution: Executed the SAP Activate methodology. Conducted Fit-to-Standard workshops to align business processes with SAP Best Practices (Scope Items 1NB, 1YF). Configured the Project Management Cockpit in Fiori for executive visibility.

Project: Capex Settlement (Asset Construction)
Context: Construction of a new Manufacturing Plant
- The Setup: A large-scale project with over 200 WBS elements. The goal was to track all construction costs and convert them into a Fixed Asset for the company.
- Technical Configuration:
- Defined Investment Profiles to automatically create an Asset under Construction (AuC) upon WBS release.
