administration of professional maintenance of the equipment of a business unit.
- Develop and implement tools that allow to comply and achieve the total

- Install and start new production lines. I have made the conversion of 5
production lines from Visual Basic to Man IT
- Schedule traceability system in production lines of inflators for air bags.
- Improve lines throughput getting better cycle time in full process, programming
and fault detection in plc Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi. Improve the cycle times of
each production station, detect bottlenecks and find solutions to improve
productivity, reduce the amount of scrap.
- Perform Kaizen to improve the process.

- Supervise the technical unionized personnel when performing the preventive
and corrective maintenance of electrical installations, machinery and mobile
equipment used in underground mining
- Maintenance of medium and low voltage substations (13600, 4000 to 440

installer of lines steel, in miscarriage of cycle 8 lines steel were lost, after
modification they are put back in heating oven, after modifying the scrap is
eliminated from 40 to 80 lines per day. I rehabilitated the silica sand recovery
system by migrating from an obsolete plc siemens to plc Allen Bradley reducing
the purchase of sand by 40%. Rehabilitated low pressure Borli machine, after
production testing was sold to Nemak China.
