• Providing Technical and Engineering support to the Innovation & Projects Team.
• Design and development of Machines and entire process line for Pilot plants & Commercial plants as per GMP standards.
• Problem-solving, Resourcing, Negotiation, and budgetary activities with the Innovation & Projects team.
• Preparation of effective proposals, presentations about the projects.
• Preparation of Plant and Process Layouts.
• Preparation of necessary documents for Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control and Closure phases of the projects.
• Preparation of all necessary project execution specifications for purchase orders for the responsible scope of work.
• Taking care of utility lines for all the new Machines. (Steam line, Airline, Vacuum line, Condensate line and Waterline etc.,)
• Vendor Identification & Management.
• Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE).
• Technical and Commercial discussions with vendors about the projects and timelines.
• Providing technical support to the vendors to prepare the conceptualization, concept drawing and fabrication drawing etc.,
• Regular meetings with the vendors to track the project status and update to project manager/ project owner.
• Participating in the internal project reviews as a support of the project manager.
• Regularly, Inspects the Machines during the fabrication phase and ensure quality standards.
• Resolving the issues or questions that occurs during the design, fabrication, erection, and commissioning phase.
• Preparation of detailed schedule for erection and commissioning phase
