RPA Developer, Solution Architect and Project Lead

RPA Manager

Supporting global customers on implementation and adopting RPA Automation COE solutions. Managing a team of
developers in an agile environment. Driving RPA projects end to end by providing stakeholders with strong ROI
automation plans with efficiency and cost savings.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in baselining cost structure and performance metrics related to RPA operational activities, and
determine strategic actions to decrease costs and improve the efficiency of the operations team.
* Implementation of process design and Continuous Improvement with a lean program.
* Liaison with individual projects to gather project status, establish dashboard to track project progress.
* Work closely with IT to ensure that applications support continuous improvements around quality, cycle time
and operating efficiency.
* Incorporate aspects of ML and AI into the RPA email to ticket automation journey with CIP.
* Responsible for value realization goals and estimating and budgeting activities
* Providing business proposals, plan of actions and status update for an RPA project for stakeholders.
* Created solutions for clients as per requirement which involves feasibility study, designing architecture,
development, UAT and production deployment of automation.
* Involved in each phase of the software development lifecycle. Extensively worked on debugging application
for fixing bugs, production support, and workloads.
* Designed and Implementation of an end to end automation solution for clients using Winautomation/UiPath.
* Created RPA structure and team along with production support, designed and developed RPA solutions to
accelerate business processes.
* Implementation of MSSQL, web services, stored procedures, reporting, and RPA templates.
* Provide leadership and technical expertise to a team of analysts for processes automation and productivity.
* Development of BOTs end to end with all the exceptions and error handling.
* Testing and debugging completed automation bots.
* Using .Net, VB, Java scripts, VBA and Powershell on various RPA projects as it fits.
* Providing RPA related training, creating training video/documentation, maintaining knowledge-base.

* RPA Automation on Email to tickets, UAM activities and service requests tickets.
* On-Boarding, Off-boarding automation and AD user account creation automation using
winAutomation.
* Automating Laptop/Desktop request for new joiners and raising hardware return request for exit
employes.
* Ticket swivel between HPSM, SNOW and Remedy ticketing systems.
* Ticket update from external HP Hardware procurement team to SNOW.
* ATT services request automation.
* Incident Management Automation.
* Auto resolution and first-time diagnosis for alerts and event from servers.
* RPA infrastructure, Data Base and Webservices implementation.

* Supporting all the HP customers on HPSA Core, HPE Helion Cloud System and satellites worldwide for
applications and patch deployments.
* Central console for remote operations - trigger scripts / deploy packages.
* Patching, auditing, and reporting using HPSA. Compared to known vulnerability threats and Identify nodes
that are non-compliant. Promoting, testing and distribution of large applications, patches and scripts.
* Understand the infrastructure operation workflow, gather automation, tooling, services requirements.
