Owned end-to-end technology architecture for a fintech consultancy covering cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity compliance, and vendor/tooling decisions across digital banking and payments platforms. Built and led the engineering organization, introduced Docker-based containerized deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and PowerShell-scripted release automation. Drove system scalability and reliability initiatives and translated business requirements into technical roadmaps presented to the board and investors.
Led development of an FHIR Server SDK extending Azure FHIR Server for clinical data access and patient management using .NET Core 6, Azure EventHub, Azure Redis, and Azure Event Grid.
