* Prepared knowledge transition plan for getting the applications transitioned from vendor to
home
. Got the knowledge on Collibra data governance tool
* Coordinated knowledge transfer sessions and documented the details.
* worked closely with all the team members and has internal brainstorm sessions after the KT
sessions.
* Worked with Global team and on the application, involved Production Support and Maintenance
for Operational Data Store, Worker Data Store, Insurance Data Warehouse
* Provided weekend support while needed
* Raised the issues and risks during the transition project and documented same. Worked with
vendor team to close the issues.
* Responsible for problem solving contributed to estimations, Process compliance, and knowledge

Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Manager:
* Played a key role in monitoring & coordinating Team on the application, involved Production
Support and Maintenance
* Responsible for problem solving contributed to estimations, Process compliance, and knowledge
transfer & involved in following best practices from IBM.
* Regular tracking of Issues & Risks in RTC, Involved in Process reviews and KCO Audit of the
project(maintained required documents for it), preparation for Audit, doc like on
boarding/Off-boarding sheets and 7 Keys document etc
* On a Weekly/Quarterly basis tracking Utilization for the team to meet Sector targets, Leave
plans, and ensure clocking & synchronization of HPT (Hours Plan): ILC (Labour report) & Client time
reports.
* Co-ordination with Client, Onsite counterpart & offshore team to ensure timely deliverables.
* Driving Business calls & played a role of SME/SPOC for the entire application from Onsite &
Offshore locations
* Worked with customer and negotiate on the support budget for the team and Provided the status
report to customers

DataStage Lead:
* Worked on IntegralPlus Project and did the Business analyst role for the interface design.
Completed the mapping requirements based on the input and worked closely with Interface teams,
completed the mapping requirements for DataStage job design
* Worked on Field Glass e-SOW integration design for DataStage jobs
* Provided the template/design template for the junior DataStage developers for New DataStage
development for IntegralPlus reporting project and Spares System Reporting Project
* Reviewed the Low Level design documents for the new interfaces design
* Worked as a SPOC for Cloud Migration Project which was an upgrade of product levels as well. I
have created the build sheets for DataStage , Database servers requirements and involved on initial
Design of the Project
* Worked on stretch assignments, RTC Project area migration for Concentrix
* Worked on SPS DIFOT report requirement and calculation part on DataStage
