- Local IS&T representative for Romania, Bulgaria and Ukraine
- Annual budget forecast and monitoring its evolution (500K-1.2M EUR)
- Contributing to implementation of global projects at local level
- Serving as Single Point of Contact for project requests as well as any high-level IT related issues -
implementation of corporate initiatives as well as bottom-up communication
- Local contact with external partners such as Dell, HP, Orange, CSC and others.
- Change and configuration responsibilities
- Promoting IT tools and processes
- Managing IS&T KPIs at local level with good results, above the Alstom worldwide average
- Local deployment of new solutions and services to employees
- Deliver local on-site support & proximity services
- Escalate IT requests or issues (tickets, questions, etc), follow up incidents and service requests, report progress
to users
- Root cause analysis
- Provide Service Desk assistance
- Share IT best practices
- Establishing internal work procedures
