Project history
Within L'Oreal's Beauty Tech (Corporate IT Department), my mission consisted of managing the operational deployment of the Group's new Business Planning Management (BPM) tool based on Anaplan technology, mainly for the benefit of the Consumer Division. of L’Oréal (CPD) in around ten countries.
- Management and animation of the BPM project in conjunction with the various stakeholders and sponsors within the CPD division, Anaplan and the various internal contacts of the IT department at central, zone and country level
- Monitoring of the roadmap and operational deployment of the BPM solution in different countries for the benefit of CPD (Mexico, Brazil, Benelux, Nordic countries, South Africa, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand)
- Management of IT teams dedicated to BPM in the zones (SAPMENA, EMEA, AMER) and within the different target countries
- Implementation, deployment and delivery of the SDDS (Shared Domain Data Set) data sourcing project based on GCP (Google Cloud Platform), management of the design and continuous improvement of SQL queries and remediation of local interfaces
- Analysis of the impacts of the Néo project (migration and convergence of SAP ECC systems to S4 / HANA) for BPM and operational monitoring of remediations in Canada and France in conjunction with the global and local teams of the Néo project
- Management of the interfacing and integration of the Solution with the different IS of the L’Oreal group

- Development of a procedure for making fixed assets and stocks reliable to be initiated prior to IT interfacing
- Monitoring and steering the implementation of the reliability of fixed assets and stocks in coordination with the key stakeholders identified
- Preparation for technical connection and mapping of identified flows and gap analysis for the different flows
