Project history
Accountable for the global Microsoft environment and the AI platform of a global sports brand within the global security and infrastructure team. Leads a delivery team and sits on the vendor RFP and proposal review panel. Designed the global Azure reference architecture in Terraform on Azure Verified Modules, introduced Azure Policy in staged enforcement, built the IaC pipeline with workload identity federation, delivered three AI systems into production, and co-delivered a multi-region Azure Virtual Desktop platform.
Migration of a utility integration landscape off TIBCO onto Azure. Migrated more than fifty SOAP services onto Azure Functions keeping existing contracts intact, and built a mock-and-compare test harness to validate old and new implementations against the same inputs.
Public-sector chain organisation coordinating data exchange across Dutch municipalities and care providers. Designed and delivered a retrieval system on Azure AI Search turning an institutional mailbox into queryable corporate memory, and led the integration architecture across the chain.
