Asked back as limited knowledge with the current old version of the Hyperion consolidation software.
New executive board who critically required for ensuring application remained stable and reliable.
To help produce and administer critical prior 3 year-ends. With outbreak of COVID provided monthly
reporting process from SAP ERP and provided for key new lenders questions. Became expert in SAP and
go to person for all units. Main SME for next generation of EPM and analysis (FP&A).

Following acquisition of Group and change of personal I provided expertise in best practices and
stability to Financial reporting consolidation department.

To report on current HFM application built by a Top 4 consultancy which had errors and
translation/exchange issues. Proposed recommendations which were approved. Then managed a project
team to rebuild the application by keeping existing P&L and Balance sheet accounts but rewrite the
rules correctly with a new cashflow. Once complete asked to come back to help produce and administer
critical December year-end.

Provide offsite support for the following clients Alpha Group, Belron International, Britax
Childcare, Capita, CDC Group, Compair UK, Courtaulds, DSSmith, Dyson, GMH, Hampson Industries,
Hornby, Infineum, Molins, Lucite, Munksjo, Nobia, Palletways, PZ Cussons, Polestar, Quadriga,
Raleigh, Trafigura, Travelex, Wall Street Systems, Wellness Foods, Wincanton.

Cashflow not working so engaged to fix and correct with other HFM year-end application errors.
Engaged to be "go to" support system administer from then on.

Actively involved in build of this new consolidation software on the market. The 3rd OneStream build
in UK.
Conversion from Hyperion Enterprise.

Actively involved in design and scope of build. The 4th OneStream build in UK. Conversion from
Hyperion Enterprise.

Create new Adaptive consolidation system and cashflow from existing Excel spreadsheets.

Noble were in the process of a major HFM implementation with a Big 4 consultancy. However, they were
experiencing major problems and delays. I joined as SME/Project manager to bring the project back on
track. I identified issues of the consultancies work. My experience was key in resolving disputes
between the two parties resulting in an application being rolled out and used by users. Lead a team
providing training.

Capita recently implemented HFM using an Oracle Hyperion Consultancy from India. This implementation
was very poor and the currency translation and consolidation was not working. I came in to rebuild
personalised rules correctly.

PZ Cussons recently implemented HFM using an Oracle Hyperion Consultancy. The rules are over 150
pages long which the client could not understand to enable change to reduce the consolidation time
which was causing problems. I proposed and delivered a full rules audit and documentation.

Palletways recently implemented Enterprise using an Oracle Hyperion Partner. This implementation was
very poor and Palletways were totally unsatisfied. I came in to rebuild the application correctly. I
built a new cashflow, translation logic and reports which the Oracle Hyperion Partner did not do.
Palletways now very satisfied with their Hyperion application.

Wellness recently implemented Enterprise. This implementation was very poor and Wellness were
totally unsatisfied. I was recommended and came in to rebuild the application correctly. I built a
new cashflow which the Oracle Hyperion Partner did not have time to start. Wellness now very
satisfied with their Hyperion application.

To build 4 new US$ organisations based on the existing GBP organisations but with US$ parents in
place of GBP parents. Investigation into the logics so that the new organisations correctly
consolidate and translated in US$ and GBP.

Review of the use of reports and technical knowledge for design changes required. Built dynamic
reports for use of monthly reporting. Setup and advised on how to build FDM application to load and
