Over 7 years of experience in SAP HANA, BASIS & IT Management which includes overall IT support such as networking, hardware and Oracle, SAP Software. Experience in implementation and quality assurance in all aspects of SAP BASIS/HANA project delivery and support including Installation and maintenance of SAP applications, technical support and documentation, pre-study, feasibility analysis, design, development. Working knowledge on active directory, MS servers, LAN & Firewall settings, troubleshooting of printers, servers, Outlook, windows & mac OS as the Head of IT managing, training and guiding the IT team.
