Project history
Founded GreenPulse, an autonomous soil- and turf-sensing robotics company enabling chemical-free, water-aware turf maintenance for golf, sports pitches and parks. Designed and built the full stack single-handedly: 100% 3D-printed robotic platform, custom motherboard PCB design, RTK-GNSS navigation, obstacle avoidance, multispectral and ground sensing, machine vision and edge AI on Raspberry Pi, and k3s-based cloud fleet management. Graduate of the ESA Business Incubation Centre (Noordwijk). Secured De Enk Groen & Golf as formal design partner plus a UK distribution partner.
Founded and led Kineti's Amsterdam development center; recruited and trained a full product team (backend, frontend, DevOps, UX, testing). Architected Geodome, a network-centric sensor-fusion platform integrating 10+ remote sensor types. Delivered a sensor-fused counter-drone solution deployed on five continents, helping secure the Paris 2024 Olympics against drones. Ran deployments across cloud, on-premises and fully air-gapped environments. Built Monte-Carlo simulation and coverage-optimization tools that cut deployed hardware costs by approximately 40%. Board member until January 2026.
Built the world's leading Wikipedia reader with 8M+ monthly users and 9M+ monthly page views; raised $600K. Won 2 Webby Awards for best UX plus 5 other industry awards.
