Project history
Led a Global OT-Security transformation program with a team of 100+ members, delivering SIEM/Log Collection, OT Threat Detection, and Secure Remote Access solutions. Managed a connected service organization of 15 FTEs and oversaw a total contract value exceeding €30M.
Managed an OT-Security project to achieve IEC 62443 compliance across 20+ sites. Led a 10-person team of OT-Security Architects and Engineers in delivering a large-scale Network Segmentation initiative.
The client decided to enhance the company’s cybersecurity maturity by establishing an expert department at a new location in Paris. The “Campus Cyber” in Paris was created as part of President Emmanuel Macron’s initiative to strengthen France’s national cybersecurity capabilities. The company was allocated its own office space there and founded a new team within the organization to build specialized expertise and support the global security strategy.
