1. Brand Clarity and Positioning
We help founders cut through the noise and find what actually makes their brand different. That means validating ideas against the market, defining who the product is for, and shaping a narrative that feels true, not manufactured. The result: clarity that translates directly into design and sales.
2. Shopify Expertise
We know Shopify inside out. From storefront design to complex setups like multi-currency, local delivery, pre-orders, or unique inventory systems, we build stores that work as beautifully as they look. Every setup is tailored, clean, and easy to manage without needing a developer on retainer.
3. Design That Sells
We design stores that feel premium without being pretentious. Every pixel serves a purpose — to guide, to convert, to communicate trust. Strong typography, visual balance, and brand cohesion are non-negotiable. We make aesthetics and performance work together.
4. Speed and Precision
We move fast without cutting corners. Our 3-week launch process is built for founders who want real progress, not long agency timelines. You see everything as it’s built, understand every decision, and get to launch with a store you can actually run.
5. Copy and Content Direction
We don’t write generic brand copy. We help shape voices that sound like real people. Whether it’s refined like Agata Serge or unfiltered like Matcha Rebels, we make sure the words fit the world the brand is building.
6. Technical Foundation
We set up everything behind the scenes — payments, shipping, tax, analytics, reviews, and automation — so the brand can scale cleanly. We think about performance, SEO, and maintainability from the start, not as afterthoughts.
7. Post-Launch Support and Training
We don’t disappear after the site goes live. We teach teams how to manage their store, track results, and make smart updates. The goal isn’t dependency. It’s independence.

Project history
When the founder of Matcha Rebels came to us, the situation was tough. The developer she had hired took her prepayment and disappeared, leaving behind a broken store and a lot of frustration. Her brand was bold, sarcastic, and anti-wellness in the best way possible, but she needed a partner who could move fast, clean up the chaos, and bring that unapologetic energy online.
We started by rebuilding everything from scratch. The design, structure, and setup were reimagined to fit her voice: honest, funny, and emotionally raw. This wasn’t a calm, pastel wellness brand. It was caffeine-fueled rebellion with great copy and a point of view. Every page had to deliver that personality while staying functional, fast, and intuitive. In three weeks, we rebuilt the Shopify store from the ground up. Every detail worked smoothly and felt deliberate. The visuals and tone matched her identity perfectly, with bold typography, chaotic charm, and product storytelling that made people actually want to read. Since then, we’ve stayed involved, helping refine the experience and preparing the store for when she’s ready to go live. What started as a failed project turned into a sharp, high-performing brand foundation with a clear direction. For us, it was proof that good design and process can turn even a disaster into something powerful.

When BALBA NYC came to us, they had the ambition, the inventory, and the taste, but they were stepping into one of the toughest furniture markets in the world: New York City. The restored vintage space there is crowded with established names and loyal followings. To break through, they needed more than good design. They needed a brand that could command attention and a store that worked flawlessly.
We built a digital presence that matched the quality of their physical craft. The design was bold and confident, with high-contrast visuals, clean typography, and a shopping experience that felt deliberate and premium. It wasn’t made to blend in. It was made to make people stop scrolling and take notice. The identity positioned Balba as the new standard in modern vintage. We focused on every detail, from the structure of the product pages to the checkout experience, making sure it all communicated credibility and care. On the technical side, we implemented local delivery options for NYC, showroom integration, inventory systems for one-of-a-kind pieces, and payment flows built for high-value sales. Since going live, Balba has quickly earned attention and respect in a market that rarely gives newcomers a chance.

When Agata Serge set out to launch The Fashion Flip Book, she faced the chaos of juggling creative production, photoshoots, and a major New York event, all while needing a refined online store that matched her aesthetic and handled the entire sales journey smoothly. She turned to buonostudio, not just for web design but for a partnership that could translate her creative vision into a high-performing Shopify experience without losing authenticity or control.
We started by understanding the full scope of Agata’s vision and the tight timeline she was working under. Our goal was to give her a digital presence that felt as intentional as her photography while keeping the entire process simple and fast. In three weeks, we built a Shopify store tailored to her brand, configured every technical detail, and guided her team through how to run it confidently. Every element was designed to align with her aesthetic and launch strategy. The store handled pre-orders, countdowns, and live sales transitions automatically, ensuring a smooth release with zero manual stress. Agata could stay focused on the creative work and the event itself, knowing the digital side was fully under control. After launch, we continued to support her, refining the final details and helping her team gain full independence. The result was a store that looked beautiful, functioned flawlessly, and gave Agata peace of mind during one of her most ambitious projects.
