Hired to train and provide hands-on technical leadership to a newly created internal business
architecture team within the bank's IT department. Developed, documented and recommended a set of
business architecture capabilities, functions, processes, roles and responsibilities. Facilitated
workshops with business unit executives, SMEs and external consultants to identify key problems,
issues and risks - and demonstrate the over-arching value proposition of the business architecture
discipline. KEY CONTRIBUTIONS: (1) trained 7 new business architects on EA fundamentals, business
motivation modeling, business decision mechanics, and service-oriented analysis and design basics;
(2) developed 25+ senior management presentations concerning technology investment strategies, IT
application portfolio management, business architecture discipline, business decision modeling,
business technology roadmap, SWOT analysis techniques, and reference architectures.
