enterprise content management (ECM) system transition and service evolution involving document
capture & management, records management, knowledge management, stakeholder collaboration and
business process automation. KEY CONTRIBUTIONS: (1) developed and demonstrated a new use-cased based
requirements management methodology; (2) analyzed, abstracted and modeled conceptual business
semantics using a complex business rules based transformation scheme to port data from one system
(SAP/BW) to another (OpenText); (3) lead technical engagement with NCDOT Signal Safety division,
