I am Daniel Ciesla Ferreira, a technology enthusiast with a degree in Computer Networks and a postgraduate degree in Information Security from UNESA. With a diverse career and experience in various IT areas, I am seeking opportunities as a developer to apply and expand my knowledge and skills.

**Professional Experience:**

I have accumulated extensive experience in different roles and companies. At Rede Globo, I served as an E-Sports Manager, where I managed e-sports teams and developed an internal design system that reduced development time by 30%. I was also responsible for visual programming and assets for campaigns, as well as contributing to the project of the portal www.player1.com.br.

Previously, at Terra Brasil, I worked as an IT Manager, managing deployment and infrastructure teams, and leading projects in data networks, IP telephony, CCTV, firewalls, servers, and ERP implementation. At Sanerio Engenharia LTDA., as a Senior Support Analyst and IT Coordinator, I performed maintenance and implementations on servers, optimizing system functionality and efficiency, and improving the responsiveness of the internal system.

At Fundação Petrobras de Seguridade Social (PETROS), I worked as a Support Analyst, providing remote telephone support to the foundation's employees and some Petrobras stations. Additionally, at Atos Origin, during the Rio de Janeiro Pan American Games (RIOPAN 2007), I was responsible for the implementation and support of telecommunications equipment, rack assembly, routers, and structured cabling.

I possess a wide range of technical skills, including JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Java, HTML/CSS, Node.js, Express.js, APIs, Git, GitHub, Styled-components, Azure Artifacts, AWS, Spring, and Terraform. I also have experience with Visual Studio, NPM, and infrastructure management.

In addition to technical skills, I stand out for my soft skills, such as commitment, motivation, workplace resilience, emotional intelligence, adaptability, flexibility, creativity, time management, autonomy, focus, and assertive communication. I also value cooperation and innovation, being a curious professional always in search of new knowledge.

I am fluent in Portuguese (native language), have advanced/technical English, intermediate Spanish, and intermediate Hebrew.

Outside of the professional environment, I enjoy watching movies and series, studying, gaming, traveling, riding motorcycles, and dedicating myself to coding.
