Project history
- Production series support as interface between R&D and manufacturing plants (internal or EMS) for ECU's and LED PCBA's products
-Coordinate implementation of 2nd, 3rd source suppliers for components affected by semiconductors shortages
-Check and approve last technical stage documentation before series introduction
-Change Management implementation (ECR, PCN,PTN...etc)
-Facilitate regular meetings with relevant project stakeholders (internal departments, clients, suppliers....etc)
-Coordinate the sample planning overview and technical documentation during development phase for ECU's and LED PCBA's
- Working with product data management tools like : CIM Database, TeamCenter, Windchill (ePIM)
- Design factory layouts, equipment, production lines in terms of safety,efficiency and budget
- Work close with purchasing to find a supplier to transfer the line
-Define the stock of components to be built before start the line
-Organize training for receivers operators in sending factory
-Organize training for maintenance technicians and spare parts usage
-Organize the transport of equipment
-Installing the line in new location and start builds and sample production
-Work close with QA for samples validation and product conformity
