I have been working in IT marketing for over 10 years and specialized in SAP systems.
I participated in projects of SAP implementations and support in South America, Europe and Africa, communicating in Portugues, English and Spanish.
The projects I participated involved users administrations, upgrades, refreshs, installation of new products, add-ons, machine sizes, advasoring, trainning and documentation.
