I am an effective, experienced and agile IT Project Manager, since 2001 (acting as well as Product Owner or Scrum Master), lead, manage and support (servant leader) teams successfully delivering software development, software implementation, integration, DWH/BI projects with budgets 1-15M Euros and teams 10 to 50 people and more for local/ international/ public/ commercial customers.
I used to liaise and collaborate with stakeholders on various levels (C-level, managers, business and IT subject matter experts).
I successfully execute projects in various architectures and technologies (Cloud, SOA, SOAP, REST, microservices architecture) in Oracle, Microsoft, SAP, IBM, AWS and OpenSource LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP), Java/J2EE.
I built my business competences while delivering projects for the following industries: finance (banking and insurance), public, distribution, trade, production. In the companies, I cooperated with the departments of finance, controlling, management information, accounting, operations, supply, production, sales, marketing, payments and IT.
