Project history
Built end-to-end data platforms on Microsoft Fabric for clients across industries.
- For a manufacturing client: consolidated 3 departmental databases and SharePoint data into a Medallion warehouse with around 1M rows in the Gold layer, developed a metadata-driven ingestion framework, and designed a star-schema model with Power BI on Direct Lake.
- For a logistics client: owned the ingestion layer, with historical and incremental pipelines from databases and REST APIs into around 1,000 Bronze tables, co-designed the metadata framework, and built Python notebooks to backfill 10+ years of historical API data and reconcile it with the Bronze layer.
- Developed and maintained ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformations using BigQuery, Pentaho and Keboola. Built and automated around 20 business reports in Looker Studio.
- Migrated around 10 reports and their ETL logic from Keboola and Oracle to BigQuery.
- Worked extensively with Oracle databases for reporting and operational processes.
- Delivered data solutions for business users in CZ and SK across logistics, warehouse and sales teams.
- Independently led an angiogenesis research project in cancer cell research.
- Processed and analyzed microscope data using ImageJ and Excel, and visualized results in GraphPad and PowerPoint.
- Organized lab operations, trained new staff, and managed communication with suppliers.
