Project history
Designed and built ZEST Companion, an AI-powered leadership platform with psychometric assessments, personalised AI-generated reports, and guided coaching conversations. Owned the platform end to end including architecture, database design (Supabase), front-end, AI workflows, and automated report generation using AI-native tools (Cursor, Claude Code). Built a multi-agent coaching system on LangGraph (LangGraph Cloud) including RAG pipelines, vector search optimisation, and PDF processing. Engineered prompts and LLM-based classification for coaching agents. Took the platform from prototype to production across 6 client companies and 160 users. Also designed ZESTs change management programme and developed team diagnostic tools.
Delivered AI and data projects for clients from scoping and workshops to working solutions. Built two generative AI proofs of concept in Deloittes AI incubator: a private RAG-based chatbot and a serverless Python solution to anonymise and classify legal documents (Azure). For ACM Insurance, built customer segments with clustering algorithms and redefined motor insurance pricing strategy. For NN/ING, ran a pricing maturity assessment and built a benchmarking methodology for life and non-life products.
Automated ingestion of Dutch regulatory texts into an AI platform using Python web scraping and NLP (RegExplorer). Built a B2C customer segmentation model and identified key pricing drivers for Antargaz. Designed and implemented an automated ETL pipeline migrating daily data from a legacy system to Salesforce for Volkswagen D'Ieteren Finance. Translated business needs into functional and technical requirements for a tracking tool and dashboard for the European Commission (DG INTPA).
