Sap hcm consultant & Project Manager

 

David joined the HCM project at BOBST in 2016 in order to assist on the support and implementation of the personnel administration, payroll and time processes related to BSA (Switzerland) and SAM (Lyon) Legal Entities. This project has been developed in SAP HCM to provide a consistent solution which fulfils the customer needs within the scope of the regular HR activities.

 

In 2017, David took control of all SAP HR support activities for BOBST customer as a Support Service Delivery Manager (Support SDM). Some of his tasks consisted of analysing the issues and questions from the customer, making an estimate and solving the change. In addition, he took initiative and suggested different improvements to get a better performance in the customer processes.

 

As of 2018, on top of his role as SAP HR Consultant, David was promoted and became Service Delivery Manager of Bobst customer – including not only support related activities, but also projects and project management tasks. David gained the trust of the customer and kept a close relationship with them. In addition, he made emphasis in extracting valuable KPIs / MQIs so as to improve the stability of the client system. As of this time, David has managed several projects – especially impacting Bobst Mex SA and Bobst SAM Lyon – all of them with excellent general performance results.

 

In 2013, David started working as a SAP HCM consultant at NGA HR. David was responsible of the support activities of several Belgian customers, becoming Single Point of Contact of FORD customer. This resulted in an integrated knowledge of global solutions of SAP HR, mainly in the modules of Payroll, Time Management, Personal Administration, Organizational Management, Roles and Authorizations, as well as ABAP Development.
