Progamme Management Professional (PMO Specialist - Project Manager - Planner - Project Finance Lead)

Extensive experience in with Programme Management space in the IT and Financial sector. I have had contracts with (non exhaustive); UBS, Credit Suisse, Lloyds Banking Group and Network Rail.

I have re-engineered processes and been responsible for rolling out department wide, managed big budget projects (millions of pounds), managed onshore and offshore staff members, represented programmes, projects and work streams at all engagement levels (Snr meetings to client facing meetings). I have worked in top financial centres in London and consulted on projects in the UAE, Africa and Asia.

I also have experience in Commodity Trading (physical only), I have established operations for mining metals (precious and non precious) and other key commodities in Africa. I am happy to discuss in more detail.
