* Communicate and provide IT solutions to the required business requirements within scope and
budget effectively and Liaoning between the stakeholders.
* Prepare necessary business and technical documents and get it approved from the business
users.
* Prepare project milestone plan keeping scope, schedule, and budget in mind.
* Prepare task plan and conduct daily stand up call.
* Conduct management level meeting to update the progress and health of the project.
* Implement the necessary process level enhancements to the Process Audit team for better
delivery.
