Project history
Being an Army officer's wife I was always interested in my responsibilities of welfare by conducting
different programs for women empowerment, skill development and enhancement of soldier's wife and
children. With the change in socio-economic condition in society and the complexities of army life
there are a lot of conflicts and depression related issues. These were addressed by conducting a
series of programs like motivational courses, skill development in various fields, Investments in
different, entrepreneurship ideas and implementation, Advanced computer courses and jobs.
Led the team for handling different stores for generating profit and improved the average sales by
50-60% in different cities by new proposals and managing the finances. Aim is to generate profit for
the by themselves by making them independent.

The idea to create this new venture was to meet the basic requirements of our brave soldiers
deployed in remote areas without any exorbitant prices and specific requirements. The task
inherently involved procurement of quality and economic material and transporting them to isolated
locations which involved intricate logistic challenges. Led the team of agents and distributors for
handling different zones with minimal transportation cost to reduce the prices.

Worked with Microlucid Technology Pvt. Ltd. as an Executive Director and as a founding member of the
startup company established the company from ground zero, to include legal framework, establishment
of office infrastructure, and selection of professionals for technical as well as administrative
jobs.

teams, fetched many big n small projects for the company and trained MBA interns from renowned
Management colleges of Pune and Maharashtra.
* Involved in Client Requirement Gathering, Project Management Planning, Execution and service of
the different projects for different sectors like LPO (Legal Process Outsourcing), Search engine
Megakhoj Architecture, Mobile banking, Web development for Educational sectors and Government
Projects.
* Led team of 30+ in the development and implementation of multiple product portfolios across the
globe, provided development direction, mentoring, and consultation on high - priority projects.
Earned trust with superiors and subordinates and work independently and autonomously to deliver
results on time
* Increased product sales by 40% and acquired 100+ clients for different customized products. Applied
project management and agile methodology skills to manage scope, plan work, coordinate resource
deployment on tasks, analyze technical risks/develop mitigation strategies and proactively
identify and resolve issues. Collaborated with cross functional teams on sales play, sales
training& go to market plans. Handled testing team and worked on sprints and delivered the
stories successfully on time, coordinating different development teams as well as scrum team.
* Revamped a declining product by leveraging continuous research on target markets, value
proposition, and relevant regulations in US, Europe, and pricing strategy to improve product
market fit.
* Championed, persuaded senior management, and released new products based on client's requirements
on time and within budget, effectively overcoming multiple obstacles. Took charge of the product
and implemented customized LPO software for Goenka group, Customized software BHEL (India),
Mumbai. Led research on Legal Processing Outsourcing frameworks, influence technical development,
and validating product through continuous customer feedback by running user experience labs.
Helped product marketing teams with go to market strategy, set up trainings for Sales Engineers
Capstone project (IIM Indore) - Traffic Analysis for Public Works Department using Deep Learning and
Computer Vision
Completed a for, INDORE for Traffic Analysis for PWD Indore for an upcoming project of New Proposed
Corridor from MR-9 to Navlakha junction. Our objective is to do classified vehicle counting using
different Machine Learning Algorithms (Object detection using MaskRCNN, YOLO V4, RCNN, SSD) using
Docker and GPU.
