* Data migration of business insurance clients and policies to a new software platform.
* Coaching the business analysts in the delivery of requirements for the integration of updated business
insurance products in a new software platform (Axon).
* Implementation of a new core banking system using modern concepts of open database, API, Java and
Webviewer for an asset management company in the Benelux . Close collaboration with the development
team and with the business people in charge of taxes (QI, Relibi, TOB, ...) and regulatory reporting (FATCA,
CRS, EMIR, MiFIR...) in order to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
* Pilot implementation of a core-banking software at ABN Amro Private Banking for Belgium. Close
collaboration with bank office, IT, ... in order to assure correct bookings of retrocessions and product costs.
Testing the investment report to verify for example if all deposits and withdrawns are correctly calculated
and reported. Checking if all taxes and (periodical and transactional) fees are correctly calculated and
registered for the bank and third parties. Managing a testing team to evaluate the readiness of Go-Live
* Guiding the data migration to the new Triple'A platform of ABN Amro by preparing the test scenario's of
the different types of data, analyzing the testing results and optimizing the definite test strategy. Other
related activities: setup of a data migration test team, follow up of the actions coming out the data
migration tests, ...
* Gather business requirements for the MiFID II evolution plan at Argenta and translate these into high
level solution proposition together with business and IT architects. Consolidation of business and ICT
estimations in order to build a complete evolution plan that covers all requirements for minimum valuable
tool to cover the MiFID II regulation
* In a context of core banking system migration, define business requirements for the taxes
(Belgium/Luxembourg) at CapitalatWork, including taxes on transactions, taxes on revenues and taxes
on portfolio. As business analyst, my role consisted in collecting business requirements from the tax
department and from the back-office, in structuring and formalizing the requirements, then in providing
and explaining the requirements to the development team (supplier of the core banking application). I also
worked on tax at ABN Amro (mainly testing)
* Lead a test team and double check the discovered defects . Close collaboration with development team to
discuss the necessary requirements to deliver (ABN Amro)
