Process Automation

Project history
Developer at Credicare, a Norwegian financial services company handling debt collection and payments across terminals, mobile payment, invoicing and remittance. I joined the helpdesk and built the role I have now. Titles along the way: helpdesk lead, solution architect, developer.
Responsibilities:
- Process automation with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop, including RPA for document, email and settlement flows
- AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio: an internal knowledge agent, and an agent taking action across Microsoft 365
- Document process automation using Microsoft AI models to read scanned letters and route the data into the right case
- REST API integrations against public registries and third-party services
- SQL for troubleshooting, financial reporting, audits and large data checks
- Second-line support and root-cause analysis across data, payments and system flow
Selected results:
- 140,000+ registry emails automated with Power Automate and custom code, with no API available. Several thousand hours saved.
- An RPA process fetching OCR files from Nets, running settlement before the working day starts and removing a colleague's 4 a.m. night shift
- Data matching that catches debtor and creditor bankruptcies early, so claims reach the estate in time
I owned these end to end, from mapping the need with the people doing the work to production and follow-up.
Independent responsibility, client service and handling unpredictable situations as a mobile and response officer.
Completed national service with the Norwegian Army and Border Guard.
