Project history
Provision and manage a multi-cloud Linux VM estate (UT-HPC and Riigipilv tenants) entirely as code with Ansible. Designed and deployed the institute's centralised observability platform from scratch using Elasticsearch/Logstash/Kibana and Prometheus/Grafana. Works with researchers and engineers to turn evaluation and service requirements into practical technical solutions. Advises on software-development and DevSecOps governance including secure-SDLC gating, supply-chain (SBOM) requirements and E-ITS mapping.
Supports infrastructure and repeatable evaluation workflows for language quality, cultural knowledge, manipulation resistance and safety. Applies operational traceability, security review and practical model-quality judgment to public-facing AI work.
