Over 16 years of combined experience implementing SAP business solutions in HCM areas. I personally participated in 6 successful IT/ERP projects, 5 of which included full cycle implementations. For all of these projects I was the main person responsible for each aspect of project delivery. I lead the team responsible for business requirement gathering, solution design, settings of the HCM module and user training. I also served as subject matter expert and independent consultant for various teams in several areas of payroll implementation.
