* Conducted hazard identification of various land equipment and produced several hazard logs
* Reviewed and updated safety and environmental documentation for several OSVP platforms,
including: Landrover, Pinzgauer, RWMIK, Vixen, Heavy Equipment Transporter, Oshkosh vehicles and
MAN vehicles

* Conducted multiple audits and produced audit reports and recommendations which significantly
improved safety and environmental management across all project teams in the LE OC domain
* Conducted Safety culture audit and SEQP audit of all Project Teams in the Land domain
* Produced an audit report for the Director Land Equipment (DLE) which led to the improvement of
safety and environmental management within the OC
* Ensured safety critical personnel completed essential training for them to carry out their
responsibilities
* Attended several Safety and Environmental Management Panels (PSEPs)
* Presented safety and environmental advice to teams
* Produced reports of safety and environmental management maturity
* Represented LE OC at various environmental working groups as the Environmental Lead

* Led the Safety and Environmental engineering audit of LEOC in order to demonstrate to LSSR that
Land equipment follow the MOD Acquisition Safety and Environmental Management (ASEMS) following
an improvement noticed placed on Land OC by the regulator
* Produced and distributed the audit plan to all the teams in LE OC, carried out the audit and
produced audit reports for each of the project teams and a summary audit report for the LEOC
Director (2* General). Final audit report included the Chief Engineers corrective actions for
their business units following PTs audit report

Accomplishments:
* Instigated a major culture change across the Land Operating Centre in DE&S through the safety
culture audit I carried out and the implementation of my audit recommendations
* Saved The Armed Forces £600m+ in losses
* Satisfied LSSR with the level of audit performed and the evidence provided in the report. The
improvement notice was lifted, saving the MOD over £600m
