18 years’ experience in Unified Communications (UC) deployments and support in financial (banks, card processing), hotel and government institutions. I am focused on large enterprise infrastructure project, first as consultant and later as implementer. I was leading architect and implementer in UC implementation infrastructure projects in three of four biggest banks in my country. I planned and performed numerous demanding upgrades and hardware migrations of Cisco UC infrastructure respecting zero downtime policy at financial institutions. I have strong knowledge on Cisco UC products and licensing. I always had strong and trusted relationship with my clients who considered me as advisor for IP telephony and infrastructure planning and activities. I presented my references in Cisco live events; global and regional. From 2016 I am working as freelancer senior UC engineer. I learned to adopt quickly to new environments. I acquired plenty of experience on various types of Cisco UC systems.
