I am Eisha Ahmad, a driven and enthusiastic Software Engineer with a fervent passion for crafting innovative solutions and pushing the boundaries of technology. My journey in the realm of computer science began at the prestigious National University of Computer & Emerging Sciences (FAST-NU), Lahore, where I am currently pursuing a Bachelors in Computer Science with a commendable CGPA of 3.50. Additionally, during my time at Punjab Group of Colleges, Lahore, from 2015 to 2017, I was honored to receive a 100% Merit Scholarship, a testament to my academic dedication and excellence.
My professional journey commenced at DEVSINC Lahore, where I've had the privilege to contribute significantly to the realm of software engineering. As an Associate Software Engineer from February 2022 to 2023, I was intricately involved in the development of cutting-edge projects. My commitment to growth and learning enabled me to progress to the role of a Software Engineer, a position I hold with pride from February 2023 to the present. In these roles, I've honed my expertise in full-stack development and front-end engineering, consistently delivering high-quality solutions that align with the company's vision and objectives.
One of my most notable projects, "NotCommon," stands as a testament to my technical prowess. I played a pivotal role as a Ruby on Rails Full Stack Developer in conceptualizing and implementing a platform designed to address the evolving challenges of Web3. I led the development of the platform's front-end using HTML with embedded Ruby, while the back-end was powered by Ruby on Rails and utilized PostgreSQL for seamless data management. This project showcased my ability to integrate intricate APIs, such as Metamask and Phantom wallets, while seamlessly integrating with social media platforms like Twitter and Discord through OAuth. The integration of Algolia search functionality for improved search capabilities underscored my attention to user experience. The successful deployment of the platform on Heroku was a culmination of my technical acumen.
Furthermore, my current role as a Front End Engineer and Lead for "Intellirent V2" highlights my proficiency in crafting dynamic and user-centric experiences. Utilizing technologies such as React, Redux, and Redux-toolkit, I have been instrumental in shaping the user interface and experience, ensuring a seamless and intuitive journey for landlords, real estate agents, and property managers. My utilization of JavaScript has enabled the integration of interactive elements that enhance user engagement and overall satisfaction.
My skills extend beyond the technical domain as well. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I've actively participated in various extracurricular activities that demonstrate my leadership abilities and commitment to community engagement. As a Council Member of the Computer Society at Army Burn Hall College for Girls and the Deputy Head of the Photography Team at NUCES Media Group, I have showcased my versatility and ability to thrive in diverse environments. Serving as a Core Team Member at Developers Student Club (DSC) FAST NU Lahore has been an opportunity to contribute to the development community, fostering collaborative learning and growth.
In my pursuit of continuous improvement, I completed a Website Development Course that emphasized ReactJs, NodeJs, HTML, and CSS. This solidified my expertise in these technologies, further enhancing my capabilities in creating dynamic and responsive web interfaces.
Beyond the realm of technology, my interests in photography and photo/video editing have been outlets for my creativity and artistic expression. These hobbies have not only enriched my personal life but also translate into a keen eye for detail and aesthetics that I infuse into my software projects.
In conclusion, my journey as a Software Engineer has been marked by continuous learning, impactful contributions, and a genuine passion for pushing the boundaries of what technology can achieve. My combination of technical prowess, leadership skills, and a thirst for innovation make me a valuable asset in any team or project. I am excited to continue this journey of growth and transformation in the realm of technology, consistently delivering solutions that leave a lasting impact.
