SAP EWM Implementation, testing, rollouts, cutover.
Playing the role of EWM and Logistics Consultant for Leading Consumer based Product business in US and Europe
● Prepare concept documents (business blueprint) and demonstrate the same for the stakeholders.
● Involved in multiple activities from preparation of Workshop documents to Go live support for different waves of this project. The project was divided in different waves since it had huge scope in 40 different countries and each one had different Warehousing and Logistics functionality
● Involved in FIT to standard scripts preparation and execution
● Designing custom solutions for Automated Warehouses for Finland Counterpart
● Designing custom RF solution as per client requirements
● Was part of hyper-care support and able to meet the KPI’s
● Involved in UAT and resolution of issues and queries during UAT
● Familiarize EWM functionalities to the business users by conducting trainings on the proposed solution on SAP ENABLE NOW solution
● Worked with SAP RPA and UI Path bot automation for Routes and Transportation connection points configurations
● Prepare test cases, user manuals, UAT support, Shop-floor testing
● Cutover activity and post Go-live support
● Configured the PPF for warehouse documents.
● Configured direct put-away, POSC, LOSC, Fixed bin strategy.
● Physical inventory process in EWM.
● Worked on integration of Automated warehouse with OCME systems and MFS setup.
