- Helped establish and grow the agency's first strategy department into a four people powerhouse, that became indispensable to the agency, its projects, and pitches
- Employed traditional (interviews, focus groups, surveys) and novel research methods (mobile ethnography, participant photography, art, diaries) in search of whatpeople really think and feel
- Developed the communications strategy for all brands of the McCann Cyprus client portfolio, delivering a clear roadmap to success
- Projects include: pandemic contingency communicationsplans for Epic telecoms and The Bank of Cyprus and thelaunch campaign for Nicosia Mall, earning the agency fourBronze Awards at the Cyprus Advertising Awards
- Created macro-trends decks, by researching and identifying the major forces shaping our future and their relevance to business
- Conducted research and advised on marketing communications projects across all McCann Cyprus brands
- Projects include: Coffee Island brand revitalisation, Carlsberg local campaign brand relaunch
- Crafted and rolled out an internal newsletter with key trends that helped keep internal teams stay and up-to-date and create work that is culturally current
