Project history
- Develop and manage the planning of engineering projects approved in the Annual CAPEX defined together with the plant manager, operations manager and USA corporation.
- Management of a budget allocated for projects of around 2 million dollars annually.
- Search and select service providers and equipment and materials suppliers that meet the corporate specifications.
- Coordinate contractors, including up to 100 workers, in their construction process to comply with
the project schedule.
- Resolve technical problems that arise in the preparation of detailed engineering.
- Participate with comments, when required, in Root Cause analysis RCFA and Management of Changes MOC’s.
- Prepare project scopes and their approval process to comply with the proposed budget. Achievements
- I obtained corporate approval to execute a project costing over 700 thousand dollars. Theproject, which involved the construction of a control room, was successfully completed within the agreed time frame.
