remote assistance to help set up systems or resolve issues.
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software components to ensure the smooth
running of computer systems (Mac OS & Windows).
* Administration of Internet Gateway (Sophos).
* Manage AD, Print server, and Finac server
* Ensure that the Computing systems and network devices are up and running
* VPN Configuration of the Gateway on User devices
