ERP / Odoo (main focus). Odoo end-to-end across versions: requirements analysis, custom module development, data migration, on-prem hosting and key-user training. 5+ productive implementations in retail, distribution, recycling and medical. 40+ custom modules (rental, fleet, leasing, warranty, stock/sale/purchase, helpdesk, intercompany), OCA connector + queue_job, JSON-RPC integrations, Doodba deployments, EDI / e-invoicing, e-commerce connectors, PostgreSQL, pre-commit/pylint.

Python & backend. Python 3.11+, FastAPI, pytest / pytest-asyncio, uv, REST and JSON-RPC integrations, Redis, PostgreSQL, SQLite, MongoDB, InfluxDB.

AI & agents. Pydantic-AI, MCP / FastMCP, Chainlit, pydantic-evals, multi-LLM routing (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, DeepSeek, Ollama, llama.cpp), RAG, evaluation and observability, tool and permission design for agents working on top of business systems.

Mobile. Flutter apps shipped end-to-end.

IoT / edge / realtime. MQTT v5 over TLS (Mosquitto), Node-RED, 4G gateways (USR-M300), OpenCV, load cells / magnetic sensors / solenoid locks.

Infrastructure & DevOps. Linux, Docker & Docker Compose, nginx, Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub Actions, gcloud, Jira / Confluence / Bitbucket.

Test automation. Built an automation framework from zero for autonomous driving at Porsche Engineering: framework design, tool qualification, CI pipelines, simulation data handling, and the majority of the automated test suite in Python/pytest.

Background & method. BSc Avionics Engineering and MSc Applied Electronics in Robotics & Automation (Military Technical Academy, Bucharest); 5 years of aircraft fleet maintenance planning and airworthiness management (MiG-21, IAR-330), NATO TACEVAL certified 1st line maintenance evaluator; line maintenance on Boeing 737NG. That background shapes how I work: safety-critical documentation, hard scheduling constraints, and decisions that hold up under audit.

How I work. Short discovery phase, then a runnable and observable proof of concept, followed by a written build/buy/adapt recommendation, handover and team enablement. Most useful when a technology decision is still open, or when an existing setup needs to be reassessed.
